Please Pray for Isabella's Nana!She is not doing any better and she needs lots of prayer and love sent her way right now. She's getting out of the hospital for the second time this month after a nasty spill she had at home over the weekend. Luckily she has a nurse that comes during the day that found her and was able to help her get to the hospital.
Getting older is never easy and it is especially hard on the ones who have to endure the pain suffering along with their loved ones. Adam father Bob is bearing most of the burden right now for taking care of Nana, please send some prayers of strength and patience for him too.
